Guide to Registration in the Journal of Global Relations Research
Follow the following process to register in the Journal of Foreign Relations Research:

1. Select the option to register in the system from the login page;

2. Complete the requested information such as first name, last name, etc. (all fields starred);

3. Save information;

4. Log in with the username and password sent to the author's email

General principles of article acceptance

- Submitted articles should not be submitted simultaneously to other journals or published in another journal.

- Research ethics must be observed (any use of other people's works must be specified with accurate reference).

- Research-based article must be the result of research and translation of articles will not be accepted.

- The article should include: article title, Persian and English abstracts, generalities and histories about the purpose of the study, علمی scientific content and studies related to the subject, ‌ research method, analysis, discussion about the results obtained And present research and draw conclusions. Conclusions should include a summary and an overall conclusion. Finally, constructive suggestions for applied research should be made.

- It is possible to send an article for publication only through the electronic system of the journal to the address jrgr.atu.ac.ir.

 

Writing instructions

The article must be structurally qualified:

1. The title in Persian and English (translation of the title into English must be accurate and the beginning of the main words (noun, verb, adjective and adverb) and all letters in certain names must be written in capital letters.

2. Each of the English and Persian abstracts should be between 200 and 250 words and should consist of the following parts: a) provide explanations about the problem and background b) research purpose c) research method d) research findings e) conclusion

3. Persian and English keywords (accurate translation) should be at least 3 and at most 5 words. The first letter of each keyword in the English translation should be capitalized.

4. The whole text of the article, including all its parts, should not exceed 8000 words.

5. The font of the submitted article should be B Yas. The size of its different parts is as follows:

Original text font 13, article title 18, subheading 13 bold, author / authors name 11 bold, in-text citation Persian 12 and Latin 11, footnote Persian 9 and Latin 8, academic rank, department and name of university or affiliated organization (footnote 9), the title of the English abstract Times New Roman 14 Bold and other items 11.

6. Line spacing in the whole article = single1 (before and after are also 0).

7. Details of the author or authors at the beginning of the article as follows:

Name, surname, degree, field of study or specialization, workplace address and e-mail address should be included in full in the footer of the front page of the article.

8. References to references in all cases should be done in text: Persian with ATU pattern and English with APA pattern (6th ed.). (Surname of the author of the work, year of publication of the work, page number). For example (Tabatabai, 1384: 53) or (Alavi, 2015, p. 152)

- If the number of sources from one author in a year is more than one title, by adding (a) and (b) next to the year of publication, the writings are specified. For example: (Tabatabai, 1384 (a): 53).

The sources used, at the end of the article, are arranged in alphabetical order, the author's last name (and if a work has several authors, the first author in alphabetical order) and in 11 fonts (in both languages).

- The method of writing sources in the Persian bibliography is as follows. The second line onwards is recessed and all lines are aligned in the left direction.

* Book:

Family name, name (author / authors). (Year of publication). Book Title (Italic). Place of publication: Publisher.

* Book with translator, editor or compiler:

Family name, name (author / authors). (Year of publication). Book Title (Italic). Name and surname of the people involved (proofreader, translator, editor, etc.). Place of publication: Publisher.

* Chapter of a book:

Family name, name (author / authors). (Year of publication). Book chapter title. In the title of the book (Italic) page number in parentheses (). In the effort of the name and surname of the collector / collectors. Place of publication: Publisher.

* Online books:

Family name, name (author / authors). (Year of publication). Book Title (Italic). Place of publication: Publisher / Manufacturer. Retrieved on day of the month from: http: // www ......

 

* Article published in a specialized journal:

Family name, name (author / authors). (Year of publication). Title. Journal Name (Italic), Period / Year (Issue): Number of Pages.

* Paper presented at the conference:

Family name, name (author / authors). (Year of publication). Title. Presented in the title of the conference (Italic), the venue of the conference.

* Theses and dissertations

Family name, name. (Year of writing). Title (Master Thesis / Doctoral Thesis). University Name (Italic): City.

 

This is how the sources in the English bibliography are written. The second line onwards is recessed and all lines from the right are aligned.

* Journal article

Author, A. A., Author, B. B., & Author, C. C. (year). Article title. Journal Name, vol no. (Issue no.), Xx – xx.

 

Example:
